About Heymakr

Sales execution should be observable.

Engineering teams can inspect how work moves, where quality fails and what should improve. Sales teams deserve the same discipline without reducing a human conversation to a script.

Company thesis

Revenue teams do not only have an information problem. They have an execution problem.

Our story

Built between engineering discipline and enterprise sales reality.

Heymakr's founders come from engineering and enterprise sales. One discipline makes systems measurable and repeatable. The other depends on judgement, timing and incomplete information.

Sales teams have adopted methodologies to make qualification and forecasting more consistent. They have also adopted recording, analysis, forecasting, engagement and enrichment platforms. These systems do valuable work, but the account research and the live customer conversation often remain disconnected.

Prem founded Heymakr after seeing generic and sometimes dated account research produce weak messages. A representative may only earn one serious chance with a stakeholder. That time should be spent on the questions and evidence that actually move the opportunity forward.

Heymakr therefore begins before the meeting. It organises account evidence into strategic priorities, value hypotheses, use cases, trigger signals and stakeholder relevance. Mavis carries that context into the live conversation, where qualification gaps can still be addressed.

The bridge

Sales methodology should guide the live moment, not merely score it afterwards.

The opportunity is strongest when preparation, conversation, qualification and inspection work from the same evidence. Heymakr is being built to preserve that continuity.

Engineering discipline

Observable states, explicit confidence, review gates and repeatable workflows.

Sales judgement

Stakeholder nuance, commercial consequence, timing and representative control.

Revenue evidence

Qualification, next steps and forecast inputs supported by what the buyer actually said.

Why the category exists

The enemy is retrospective selling.

Retrospective selling means finding out after the call that impact was not quantified, the decision process was assumed or the next step was never agreed. Post-call review still matters. It simply cannot reopen a conversation that has ended.

Where the evidence weakens

Account context before the call

Prepared

Live qualification coverage

Material gaps

CRM completeness after the call

Looks complete

Evidence behind the forecast

Needs inspection

Illustrative diagnostic only. The assessment establishes a real baseline for each team.

Operating principles

Trust is designed into the workflow.

Accuracy is not a theatrical claim. It is a product discipline built from source context, confidence states, approved knowledge and human review.

  1. 01Context before promptsGuidance starts from the account, opportunity, stakeholder and meeting objective.
  2. 02Fewer interventions, higher relevanceAttention is scarce during a customer conversation.
  3. 03Evidence before confidenceA completed field is not the same as a buyer-supported fact.
  4. 04Representative controlThe seller decides what to use, adapt, dismiss and approve.
  5. 05No invented customer factsMaterial guidance should use approved sources and state uncertainty.
  6. 06Improve existing workflowsThe product should strengthen the revenue stack rather than create parallel administration.
What Heymakr is building

Source-aware account intelligence

Research organised around the commercial argument a representative needs to make.

Observable opportunity state

Known, missing and partly established evidence stays visible.

Controlled live support

Mavis advises without speaking for the representative or flooding the meeting.

Better downstream inputs

Reviewable evidence supports CRM updates, forecasting and manager inspection.

Founder-led assessment

Bring the real sales process, not a polished version of it.

The execution assessment maps where preparation, qualification and evidence break down across the current workflow.
