Terms of service

By accessing or using Heymakr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Heymakr provides account research, use case and stakeholder intelligence, sales messaging, opportunity preparation and sales execution support through Mavis. Generated research and guidance are decision support. Users remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it in a customer interaction or business decision.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Protect account credentials and access methods.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
• Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

Commercial terms, subscription periods, fees, implementation work and payment arrangements are set out in the applicable order form or agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or another organisation's data.
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.
• Use automated access except through interfaces and APIs we provide or approve.
• Reproduce, duplicate, resell or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service except where law permits.
• Record or process a meeting without the notices, consent or lawful basis required in the relevant jurisdiction.

The Service, including its software, product design, workflows, methodology configuration and protected content, is owned by Heymakr or its licensors. Subject to the applicable agreement, output generated through authorised use may be used for the customer's internal business purposes. Heymakr's protected prompts, system design and methods remain Heymakr property.

Customers retain their rights in data they provide to the Service. Public-source research and generated account intelligence are made available subject to the applicable agreement. Customers are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide data and enable meeting or integration workflows.

Heymakr uses source context, confidence states and review controls to support accurate work. Generated information may still be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Users must review account research, suggested wording, qualification evidence and proposed updates before using them professionally.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms or an applicable agreement are breached, or where continued access creates a legal, security or operational risk. Data export and deletion arrangements are governed by the applicable agreement and privacy policy.

We may update these terms. Where a change is material, we will provide notice through the Service, by email or through another reasonable method. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
